Upload your photos in the form after ordering. Use clear, unfiltered photos in natural daylight, with your face visible. Avoid strong shadows, colored lighting and heavy makeup.

Yes. Camera settings, filters, lighting, makeup and dyed hair can change the colors visible in a photo. We may request replacements if the original photos cannot be assessed usefully.
